At Threads & Latte, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 7 days in exchange for a credit note. Please read the details of our return policy below:
Conditions for Return
1. Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- Personalized or custom-made items
Return & Refund of Items
We give you assurance that if any item will be damaged during shipping & find defected. We will issue a credit amount in customer account. We have facility available for credit amount once we verified item from our side.

Return Process
1. Initiating a Return:

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Pick-Up Arrangements:
-Upon approval of your return request, we will arrange for a pick-up of the item(s).
- Please note the pick-up cost has to be born by the customer and will be adjusted against the total refund amount.
Refund Method
1. Credit Note Issuance:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a credit note for the purchase amount minus the pick-up cost.
- The credit note will be sent to you via email and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
2. Using the Credit Note:
- The credit note can be used for any future purchase on our website.
- It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
In case of COD orders the money is refunded in customer account after we have received the initial payment for the order.
COD Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
